This is a highly contemplative piece, a massive explosion of color and form. It is reflective of the cosmic joy of existence, flowing outwards, like the universe in which we live.
This piece was heavily inspired by Byzantine design elements, and my own personal direction in my latest works involving circles and arcs interspersed and intermingled. A never-ending circle of ornate filigree gold surrounds the whole piece, binding it together. Within, are arcs and circles of gold and blue, each containing successive waves and jagged explosions of color. A wonderful inspirational piece to hang over a desk or in a quiet corner of your home, something your eyes will go back to again and again. Tell a friend about this piece. |
